Voici ma recette des cookies les meilleurs de la Terre. Après avoir essayé beaucoup de recettes, je n’étais jamais satisfaite, voici celle qui a fait chavirer mon cœur :
POUR 12 COOKIES
- 200 g de farine blanche
- 40 g de sucre rapadura
- 60 g de sucre blanc
- 100 g de beurre de coco
- 1 œuf
- 1 cuillère à café de levure chimique
- 1 cuillère à café d’extrait naturel de vanille
- 1 pincé de sel
- 40 g d’un mélange de noix de cajou et de noisettes grillées
- 60 g de chocolat pâtissier
– Préchauffer votre four à 180 °C.
– Faire fondre votre beurre de coco.
– Concasser les noix de cajou et les noisette de manière assez grossière ainsi que le chocolat pâtissier.
– Ajouter au beurre de coco les sucres, l’œuf et l’extrait de vanille.
– Dans un autre récipient, mélanger la farine, la levure et la pincé de sel puis les noix de cajou et noisette ainsi que les morceaux de chocolat grâce à une cuillère en bois.
– Incorporer le mélange sec au mélange gras. Mélanger bien.
– A l’aide de vos mains, former des boules de pâtes à cookies d’environ 5cm de diamètre et les déposerer sur une toile de cuisson type Silpat ou bien une feuille de papier sulfurisé.
– Ne les aplatissez pas si vous souhaitez des cookies volumineux.
– Enfourner 9min, ils doivent rester mous au milieu.
– Laissez les refroidir avant de déguster ces cookies qui sont définitivement les meilleurs du monde !
