Au Café Albertine à Rennes ils font un super milk-shake que j’ai voulu reproduire chez moi. Pour ça il vous faut :
- 1 banane bien mûre
- 1 grand verre de lait d’amende
- 1 bonne cuillère de cacao en poudre non sucré
- 1 ou 2 cuillères à soupe de sirop d’érable
- (1 blender :p)
Mettez tout les ingrédient dans le blender (avec un ou deux glaçons si votre lait ne sort pas du frigo) et laissez la magie opérer.

Reminded me of the ebola epidemic, though I guess the disposal and the remains themselves may have been different.
